Each rentable space counts as one unit — a single-family home is 1 unit, a duplex is 2 units, a 10-unit apartment building is 10 units.
Are there any transaction fees?
Online rent payments are processed through WizPay/Payroc. A small processing fee applies to card payments. ACH bank transfers are free.
Can I change plans later?
